THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER I RECENTLY WANTED TO SEND TO AN AGENT AT ANOTHER COMPANY BUT DIDN'T . IF ONLY THE SELLERS AND CLIENTS KNEW!!!

I'm curious, do you always respond to other agents (who may potentially help you sell a property) by saying, "make it quick, I'm busy?" I’m ashamed that this industry( in the Hamptons) tolerates such unprofessional behavior and complete lack of respect for others, especially of someone who is a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT. I feel so sorry for your sellers in the simple fact that with your curt and rude demeanor you must alienate a fair number of agents not only in other companies but in your own office as well. It's the kind of behavior that ultimately ends up costing sellers money because their property is being denied exposure.
