As seen in today's NY Times.....




Did anyone see this article in today's paper? About some economist/country singer from Tennessee.. I think that's somewhere near Texas...who's garnering attention on You Tube with cutting musical parodies. His topic? YEP, you guessed it economics. Hey, I know I find economics hysterical. In fact I find the topic so hysterical I took Economics 101 twice in college.

Anyway, there is plenty to parody and make light of in the Hamptons. The traffic, the outfits, the parties, the list can go on and on. This little gem is "THE HAMPTONS" by Merle Hazard done to tune of the old bombastic Elvis song, "THE GHETTO." I give him credit for being able to use Ben Bernake in a song but I think he missed the point. It's more about Wall Street than the Hamptons. What do you think? Click the link below...
