THE CONDOS ARE COMING! THE CONDOS ARE COMING!

After years of saying... wouldn't it be great if.... finally the Bulova Watch factory seems to be on track to becoming Sag Harbors chicest new address! It will be 63 apartment units in addition to 9 townhouses. Members of the town board will be looking over the plans in the next few weeks and hopefully will be giving a final green light to the project soon!

Meanwhile another project known as the "Sag Harbor Water Street Condos" informally are getting ready to break ground sooner rather than later. In total, there will be some 40 odd luxury condo units with a waterfront promenade and a large number of boat slips.

I guess Sag Harbor is starting to realize that progress doesn't mean you have to destroy the small town charm that makes this place so special!
