WILL THE HAMPTONS FINALLY GET SOME GOOD CHINESE FOOD??!?!?!?!?

Rumor has it that Saracen in Wainscott will soon be a Mr. Chow's restaurant. I'm pretty sure my source is good but so far no confirmation on this. After ordering Chinese food a few times out here, I finally decided to call it quits. If I'm maybe missing a good place to go (Please don't say the Pheonix) let me know.

Rumor #2. After a valiant attempt and much better food than The Laundry (yes, you can ruin a burger), Leif Hope's Restaurant on Race Lane will be handing off the reigns to Michael Gluckman of Bamboo. Gluckman hopes to turn the former Laundry Location into a steak house.

Rumor#3 That blue little shack (formerly Allison's) across from Poxabogue golf is eventually going to open! So what's going in? Nick & Toni's Restaurant was hoping to open a sort of hybrid Southwest/BBQ joint. Apparently they've hit a few snags with their plans to install some sort of a "smoker oven." Is that the right term?! Anyway, who knows when it will open.
